Don't be fooled, there is absolutely nothing broken about it, the name I chose comes from an anecdote from some time ago when, during renovations, my 3-year-old grandson was fascinated by construction tools and debris and decided to give this nickname to my home.
In reality, it is a delightful countryside villa, very comfortable, isolated from the noise and traffic of the city center, and from which, however, it is possible to reach the sea and main services in 5/10 minutes.
All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and air conditioning, a porch, and private parking. Upon reservation, there is the possibility to use the external kitchen and barbecue.
